Gizem Tan, Attorney At Law, after graduating from TED Ankara College in 2001, she attended Baskent University, College of Law and graduated in 2005. Ms. Tan then earned her Master of Laws degree (LL.M) from Baskent University Social Sciences Institute in 2007, with her Master Thesis on “Home-working and Tele-working as some of the Atypical Labour Contracts”. She was registered to The İstanbul Bar Association in 2007. In 2009 Ms. Tan, earned her second LL.M degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, including “Concentrations in Alternative Dispute Resolution”.

Before founding the Tan Law Firm, Ms. Tan earned experiences in various areas of law while working as an associate lawyer in several international law firms and has mediated legal disputes in the Franklin County Court in Columbus, Ohio. She is fluent in English and Turkish.

Tan Law Firm is located in Istanbul and was founded by Ms. Tan. Tan Law Firm represents and provides legal services to Turkish, foreign and multinational companies, financial institutions and as well as multilateral institutions. Tan Law Firm will be providing legal assistance to its clients in the leadership of Ms. Tan, in various areas of law by aiming to protect its client’s rights in the best way, while strictly following the professional rules of conduct and maintaining the highest ethical standards.
